Stop 1: PostModern (POMO) Spirits & Distillery – Presentation & tour by owners Stanton & Ron. Hear about their collaborative efforts with local breweries to create some unique beer & spirit offerings. The *samplings include their newly released: American Single Malt Whiskey made in conjunction with Crafty Bastards Brewery. *9 spirits included in sampling {or a POMO unique cocktail}

Stop 2: Elkmont Exchange – Inspired by the outdoors, the Elkmont Exchange provides us with craft beer paired with a uniquely familiar dining experience. The owners originally crafted their brews as the 1st American Style Craft Brewery in Vietnam; and recently returned to their East TN roots to establish the nature friendly Elkmont. (Order from the menu-on your own)

Stop 3: Crafty Bastards – Delicious, local and quirky beers from one of Knoxville’s nanobreweries featuring some of the area’s most experimental brews. As you notice the PostModern whiskey barrels stacked near the bar area, be sure to check out the beer tap selection made in collaboration with POMO Spirits.
