Many people think that after America was attacked on Dec. 7th, 1941, the U.S. military mobilized, fought, and won a world war.  The Allied victory would never have been possible without those who have stayed in the military after World War I, trained together and dedicated themselves to the “next war.”  Whether by luck or providence, excellent civilian leadership, and an undying devotion to duty we will share with you the real reasons why the Allies were able to prevail in World War II.
