Members Are Invited To Join A Limited Space Tour Of The Loudon County 911 Emergency Call Center In Loudon On April 18, 2023

About The Loudon County E-911 Center

Loudon County E-911 is the primary PSAP, or Public Safety Answering Point, for all of Loudon County, Tennessee.

We currently serve over 40,000 citizens with an annual call volume of over 55,000 calls providing the following services:

911 Call Taking
EMD (Emergency Medical Dispatching)
Police Dispatch
Fire Dispatch
EMS Dispatch.

911 is the emergency phone number to call for help in a police, fire or medical emergency. The 9-1-1 calls go over dedicated networks to the appropriate 9-1-1 answering point (PSAP) for your location, and our trained personnel will send the emergency help needed.

Registered Members taking the Tour will meet at:

• The Village Realty parking lot, opposite the Marathon Station in Tellico Village, by 9:15 A.M.
• The tour will last approximately 1 hour.
• Once assembled, directions will be distributed to those who are driving. We will try to carpool as much as possible.
• We will depart by 9:30 A.M. and should arrive at the Dispatch Center around 9:50 A.M.
• If you are part of a carpool, please offer the driver $2.00 for transportation.
• Please remember to wear your Name Tag.
