- TellicoLife Business Lead
- We’re looking for a Tellico Life Business Lead to help guide the strategy and financial stability of Tellico Life. In this role, you’ll work with local organizations, ensure financial commitments are met, and help market Tellico Life throughout the community. It’s a great opportunity to make an impact and use your leadership skills!
- TellicoLife Operations (technical) Lead
- We’re looking for a Tellico Life Operational Lead to help ensure the smooth operation of Tellico Life. In this role, you’ll oversee the Admin teams, work with our software provider to improve features, and coordinate with treasurers to manage financial processes. It’s a great opportunity to lead, problem-solve, and make a real impact.
- Club Content Managers (GSBB Admins)
- Looking for a fun and easy way to stay involved in the village? Volunteers are needed to help keep our event calendar up-to-date on Tellico Life! You’ll enter events, update club home pages with news and photos, and be part of a friendly team. It’s a great way to learn new computer skills, meet others, and stay in the know about all the exciting happenings in the community. A few hours a month is all it takes – we’d love to have you!
- Database Admins
- Looking for a flexible way to give back? We need a volunteer to help maintain profiles in the Tellico Life database, answer quick email inquiries, and assist with new member sign-ups. It’s a simple, low-time commitment role—just a few minutes a day! No tech experience needed. Join our team and help keep our community connected.
Become a Tellico Life Business Lead!
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for keeping our community strong? We’re looking for a Tellico Life Business Lead to help guide the direction and financial stability of the Tellico Life platform. This role involves working closely with village organizations, managing key financial processes, and helping ensure the system serves both organizations and residents effectively.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the monthly meetings of the Tellico Life Board, shaping the strategy and overseeing its financial health.
- Help secure financial commitments from participating organizations to ensure Tellico Life remains self-funded.
- Market Tellico Life to local organizations and maintain strong relationships with community leaders.

Operational Lead
Do you have a knack for organization and a desire to improve operations? We’re looking for a Tellico Life Operational Lead to help ensure the smooth running of Tellico Life’s software and operations. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact with our software provider, oversee the Tellico Life Admin team, and make sure everyone has the training and support they need.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain a strong understanding of Tellico Life software and operations.
- Act as the primary contact with Personify - MemberClicks to advocate for new features and improvements.
- Oversee and support the Tellico Life Admin team, ensuring effective staffing, training, and performance.
- Coordinate with Platinum club treasurers to ensure they are trained in financial processes related to Tellico Life.

Club Content Manager (GSBB Admin)
Join Our Event Update Team! Become a Club Content Manager
Are you looking for a fun and easy way to give back to your retirement community? Do you enjoy staying in the know about all the exciting events happening in the village? If so, we’d love to have you on our team!
We’re looking for volunteers to help keep our village-wide event calendar up to date and assist clubs in updating their home pages on Tellico Life. It’s a shared, flexible responsibility, and we work as a team to keep everything running smoothly. Whether you’re entering events or posting photos and updates for the clubs, you’ll play an essential role in keeping everyone connected and informed.
What You’ll Do:
- Enter events from different clubs into the village-wide Tellico Life calendar.
- Update individual club home pages with event details, photos, and news provided by the clubs.
- Work alongside a fun, supportive team of volunteers!

Database Admins
Volunteer Opportunity: Help Keep Our Community Connected!
We’re looking for a detail-oriented volunteer to help manage profiles in the Tellico Life database. As part of the team, you’ll play an important role in keeping household and individual information up to date, answering questions, and assisting with new member sign-ups.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain and update household and individual profiles.
- Respond to quick email inquiries about profiles, passwords, and general questions.
- Ensure new members are set up correctly and memberships are current.
