Bring a side dish to share and your appetites and learn the tips, techniques and lies from a two-time world champion team member of the Holy Smokers Too competition BBQ team.  Assistance will be provided by souwee Chef Dave Dinkgrave - Master Baster for Crispy Critters competition BBQ team.  

In addition, Billy Bob will have copies of his successful BBQ cookbook "They Were Smokin'" and assorted custom spices for sale so you can become the king of your cul-de-sac!

COST:  $40 per person
