Our office is the place you contact for obtaining permit information relating to building projects in Tellico Village. Permits are required for most all exterior projects.

Our staff will help you obtain the necessary forms and will guide you through the process, including taking your request to the committee for review. ACC meetings are usually held on the first and third Thursday of each month, but please confirm the date with our office. All material to be included on the agenda must be received in the ACC office at least 10 days prior to the scheduled meeting date. Meeting Agenda ( www.tellicovillagepoa.org login required).
